Started taking my cars to Teddy (& team) when I moved into the area 2 years ago after seeing great Google reviews. 2 years later and I'm still taking my cars to Teddy even though I've moved into the city. A no B.S mechanic who goes above and beyond for his customers, quality workmanship and best of all - doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I can drive away with peace of mind knowing my car's safe for myself and my young family.

I found Real Automotive through Google and read through all the positive reviews wondering if they were left by genuine customers. After my first visit here, I know the answer is a definite "Yes", the reviews are definitely left by real people who have had the same pleasure dealing with Real Automotive that I have.
I dealt with Teddy and found him to be very professional, yet relaxed. He was very knowledgeable with my car (a Subaru), and realistic on what I could expect from the service.

I had put off servicing my car for quite some time because I use to get it serviced at a BMW dealership. They charged me crazy amounts and I felt they weren’t being very transparent with me during the process. My experience with Ted was completely different. Once he had a thorough look at my car he called and told me what needed to be serviced urgently and what could wait till the next service. He was also able to give me options on the price for various car parts and quoted on how much it would all be (which was quite affordable). This put my mind at ease because then I knew I wouldn’t be

I can't recommend Real Automotive enough. My 2006 Mazda3 had been having issues with an engine warning light for a few weeks and the issue hadn't been solved by my previous mechanic in Richmond. I rang Real Automotive for a second opinion and they were able to see me on the same day, he provided a very thorough diagnosis and fixed the issue with my engine. I was charged a very reasonable price (I couldn't believe how cheap it was!) and they managed to repair the faulty parts instead of replacing them unecessarily. Genuinely, the best experience I have had with a mechanic - I will be back with all

Extremely happy with the service provided by Teddy. Very friendly, affordable and timely. Teddy took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and showed me the old parts removed when I came to pick it up. I'll definitely be going back to Real Automotive for any car problems in the future.

I had a great experience with Teddy and Real Automotive. We had an accident and I went to Teddy because of all the solid reviews he had online. He gave us a realistic quote and recommended we scrap the car instead of repairing it. Obviously his business is repairs so I really appreciated the honesty. Afterwards he found us a wrecker and let us keep the car on the lot while we got it sorted out. Thanks again Teddy!

Our car broke down on the freeway. After being told there was a week's wait at the dealers I called Teddy. He looked at it that day, diagnosed the issue and started calling around for parts. He found us the best solution for our car (not just the easiest for him). I got him to quote me for some other work and he was far cheaper than the dealer, but still used official parts. He got it all done quick, excellent communication and quality repairs. Cannot recommend highly enough
