I booked this room for NYE, no other place was available. This is not a self-catering style hostel/hotel, which means that there is no microwave oven inside.
Problems are in the bathroom. Exhausted fan does not work 😌, the shower curtain is tooooo short, after shower the water flows everywhere in the bathroom which makes it very unsafe to walk!!!!!!!!
Keep in mind : NO car park guaranteed! We are so lucky to get one just in front of the entrance. (P.S. they do have some car parks in front, around 5-6)

We spent 4 nights here just after Christmas this year, and am wishing we had looked at other options. I chose to stay at the chalet as I didn't want the hassle of dealing with an air bnb, but honestly I should have.
PROS:
Beautiful and convenient location
Friendly front desk, the one time I saw them
CONS:
Room wasn't serviced once while we were there, and every time I went to enquire when it would be at the front desk, it was unattended with a phone number to call.
Room was poorly lit (no light in kitchenette at all?)
Room had a beautiful view of the building next door. In a near to empty

Unbeatable location right at Blue bullet chairlift entry point. Generously large rooms with own drying closet, bar fridge, coffee/tea, clean bathroom and relatively good soundproofing. Staff were very friendly and responsive.
My only concern was the lack of a ‘free breakfast’ option. Breakfast explained as an a la carte option for $25 adult and $15 child turned out to be a choice of two menu items: eggs with bacon or a vegetarian option, with coffee/juice. Frankly this limited menu falls FAR FAR short of what was briefly explained to me at the check-in counter. And the breakfast cafe staff

Great location but very highly priced considering the quality of the room, I suppose this is what to expect during the peak season of winter. It was good to stay on a few days rather than just drive home to Melbourne, we had a fun stay. Very cozy being able to ski to the door and then finish the day at the restaurant with warm food.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. WARNING!!!!!
Run down HOTEL, STAFF-understaffed, NOT helpful nor could solve any of out issues after travelling from some distance away leaving us with no choice in the end. Payed for larger room or suit, was given a Standard room with no bed for my daughter, DOUBLED BOOKED-They said, OVERBOOKED-They said??????. Premised the larger room the next morning, the morning after that etc. Our room we ended staying in was $120 less then the room we booked with NO REFUNDS PROVIDED TO US-because they PROVIDED a FOLD OUT BED FOR MY DAUGHTER which should have been in the correct

Oh Boy does this place need updating. The Hotel is in a perfect central Location and the staff were all smiles, it goes down hill from there. The 2 stars are for location and staff only. The room was dated, the blankets were very old and looked very used and cheap. The pillows had hardly any filling in them, almost flat. But the most awful thing was the mattresses. Spring mattresses that were so noisy, the springs moved and creaked and pocked into our bodies. It was old and dated mattresses that should have been thrown out long ago. The pull out bed mattress for the kids was useless. Even my 5
