Just TERRIBLE!!
Staying in the hotel- for starters the lady on reception is super rude. We understand no room service, we asked to clean the toilet floor and replace towels after 2 days! They replaced towels and left the dirty coffee mugs in the room which was right in front!!
Absolutely terrible staff at reception and room keeping!!
Stay away from this joint or ruin your stay,,

We felt welcome from the minute we arrived! Mt Buller had clearly had a rough 2020, but they weren't deterred when the season opened for 2021. The Arlberg is in a great location, is warm and welcoming, the staff a friendly and professional but more importantly they clearly enjoy their jobs, many returning for more than one season. The restaurant has wholesome, well cooked meals, just what you need after a day skiing and they're taking their Covid rules seriously, which is tough on any business these days with so many people coming an going. The rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious enough

Terrible service, ordered over $100 worth of food, we had to serve ourself, get our own cutlery, collect our own water, the staff were dismissive and rude. Absolutely disgusting service

Poor customer service, and one of the staff has a serious racist. There’s no cutleries when the meal is served, and we requested for cutleries but they only served us one set ( we have 2 people). My partner and I scan the QR code for checking in. The staff only requested to check my phone, not my partner’s. We chose the restaurant only because there’s no other choice. If we could, we definitely would find some other restaurant. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Pretty sure I just ate a microwaved schnitzel…. Was dry on the inside with a wet crumb- for $29.
Staff are nice, and had a pleasant experience. Would come here for a beer. Would avoid for food.

Despite the blizzard the family loved the hotel and the helpful staff. The room was clean and fresh. The ski hire downstairs was the bomb as we needed to adjust some sizes. Best mountain stay in 15years,, !! thank you for a wonderful stay 1

Th location of the Day Arlberg is brilliant. You leave the hotel and you are directly on the slope. Food and the restaurant are nice too. The rooms are more youth hostel like but clean. 250 dollars per night is in my opinion way to much that's why they only get 3 stars.

Our third time staying here and now our last. Good accommodation but were charged $65 for toast, rice bubbles and cold coffee on our first morning there. Avoid the breakfast buffet and eat in the village, much better value. We got eggs bacon hash browns waffles and avo on toast, with hot coffee at Pat’s for the same price.

My family and I stayed at Arlberg for 3 nights as part of a winter driving holiday. It's no luxury ski lodge, but for families it's fine.

We booked a larger apartment with balcony and kitchen so that we could cook some meals. It was fantastic having the balcony, but as a corner room I sometimes couldn't sleep with the driving rain and wind making so much noise!

The room itself wasn't great. Our double bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and, oddly, no beds came with sheets, just quilts with covers. The kitchen itself had poor equipment and this was an incredible
