I signed up for the 5 week strength challenge to try something a bit different to what was on offer at your stock standard gym. Reagan and I sat down and set my goals before the challenge, then he and the team helped me smash them!

Reagan and his team at Third Space are just awesome at what they do - highly skilled, encouraging and supportive and make it fun. I've learnt so much about exercise & nutrition, setting goals & pushing boundaries and I am so much fitter and stronger than when I started.

The Trainers at Third Space Health go above and beyond to support you and make sure you are reaching your goals. I have really only ever focused on Cardio in the past as I was sure this was the way to get results. Reagan has showed me that this is not the case- adding in resistance and weight training is what makes the diff. This is a way to get into this kind of training without injury and without feeling lost. Thank you Reagan for shifting my way of thinking, supporting me and motivating me to go harder!
