We are seeking legal advice. IT'S NOT YOUR JOB TO POLICE MASKS & QR scanning. Trainers do what you do best! Train members. IT'S NOT YOUR JOB TO POLICE QR CODES AND MASKS. my daughter was chased through the gym and Harassed by a staff member to QR scan.
She suffered a panic attack and she had to call me to pick her up. know your rights as a gym/business your not to police it!
You will loose members if this harassment continues. We are seeking legal advice.

Love the facilities but they need to update their website so that they reflect true availability of swim lanes. They could do a few things better like using the PA system to move people on at the end of swim classes to clear lanes as necessary. Whilst the staff are friendly they can be inexperienced.

Not a bad centre. Has most of the equipment you need for a workout. Gets busy around work knock off time.
Has a large number of cardio equipment (cross trainers, treadmills, bikes) but they aren't the latest, so you'll not be able to link them to any smart device (that I know of). The TV's are there for some entertainment whilst doing some cardio.
Gym floor is a decent size - lots of weights, benches and machines. There is also a "stretching" area surrounded by more weighted machines.
This isn't a Fitness First, and that's a good thing.

This place is changing. Not for the better. all of the showers have no soap inside them and the water is hardly ever warm enough anymore. Why is this??? it wasn't like this last year. Have Management decided to cut costs at the expense of the customer?? I continually have to let the staff know, but nothing changes. also instead of keeping the music at a reasonable level where you can listen to your own music now the volume is turned up all the time by one particular person. So is this really hate safe and healthy for a people in the gym ? Also if you point things out to the staff some of them do

Swim school- don’t bother. Classes are too large with 6 kids in a class or 10 in the toddler class! Much time is spent waiting on the side of the pool rather than actual swimming. No wait lists or care about moving levels. Often would cancel swim classes without notice. Final straw for us was when they cancelled all swim classes for toddlers on Sundays and the alternative was “can’t you just swim on another day?”, had to fight to get out of swim memberships even though they cancelled ALL sunday options 😡

I live in Queensland, never been here but they keep harassing me, calling from different numbers when I block their main numbers. Asked multiple times on phone to stop, emailed them to stop. Been over a year with constant harassment telling me to pay them when I’ve never been there or even to the city. Not okay.

Terrible experience with swimming lessons for my kids, classes being cancelled, different teachers all the time and the last thing after coming from holidays my daughter's class was moved from the big pool to the toddlers pool without notice. She's 6yo and can't see any benefit for her taking classes on a shallow pool, specially when she's confident and needing that extra push to start swimming by herself. Very poorly managed, when I raised my concerns the manager couldn't care less about it.

Has been fully renovated and is better than ever. Great quality equipment, variety of classes in abundance throughout days and evenings with personal trainers everywhere. Clean, no idiots, I love this gym. Pool area has windows so the sun gets in! This is a good quality gym with excellent facilities including spa and steam room. Members are sociable I have made great friendships at this club! Highly recommend.

Generally only go here for the fitness classes, rarely use the gym equipment. Group fitness room is quite small compared to sister gyms (Ascot Vale) and gets very crowded during some of the classes. Classes are scheduled back to back and time hasn’t been allowed for setting up and putting away equipment meaning you don’t always start on time. Overall it’s a good gym, parking is easy (except when there is a footy game on).

I don’t usually complain but this is warranted. My issues are : there is usually only one lane available for members to swim - due to swimming classes and nwa training , Unless it’s the middle of a week day when most of us are at work which is rediculous if you join for the pool facilities! Also the fact that finally after renovating the old… disgusting change rooms there are no : hooks to hang bags/ towels, only 2 -3 small mobile benches , no bench or shelf in shower cubicle to put bags or shampoo/ soap etc. It feels cheap. Not to mention the smelly old carpet in the fitness

MONEY HUNGRY DO NOT JION!! My family and I have been loyal members for 20 years and today finally CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! DIRTY toilets, pool and sauna room, broken tiles in the spa (a man slips walking out the spa and broke his head open. The gym was closed and ambulance called ) it was all kept quiet...not sure why #… Moonee Valley council turning a blind eye to this... Continuous last minute classes cancellation. class instructors not turning up to teach class. The worst time table structure, classes get taken off due to low numbers, how about looking at getting back
