Move to Fitness is an unforgettable experience for teachers and parents who want accountability & support. After 12 years of sharing joy and wellness with the Move to Fitness community it's finally time for a break. I am officially on maternity leave with our baby due at the start of July. Thank-you for your ongoing generosity and incredible support -particularly over the last 12 months.

Whilst I wont be doing in person or live online sessions you can still access our entire library of online workouts anytime from the website. A nice middle of the road session, starts gradually and then builds the intensity of the stretch without ever working you too much. Still options there for those of you who want to challenge yourself.

Liz is always pushing us to better our best in a way that just feels so natural. The whole team provides which is a testament to Liz's training style and the people who come along! Liz is a wonderful trainer who is the real deal. She focuses on whole body fitness and wellness rather than just the facade.

I love the holistic support I receive in Liz's training. The training is varied, fun and always challenging, the diet advice sustainable and the tone always positive. secretly I think her training style is… addictive.
I am having fun exercising with like minded people, and being coached to achieve more than I could have imagined. Liz disguises good hard training with laughter while keeping a strong eye on our technique.

Liz is the absolute best at what she does. The training provided focuses around her clients' needs and goals and importantly, it is challenging and fun at the same time. She is real and understands that the occasional indulgence is fine and has an outgoing and friendly personality, so you always feel comfortable. Her communication is outstanding,… as she takes the time to ask about YOU and sends out motivational texts and newsletters, helping you stay on track after hours! The most fun I've had exercising in a long time! Liz is awesome and modified exercises to my fitness level - very important to me after recently having a baby.
