The Goldengrove team constructs in excess of 400 dwellings each year over a large geographical range. Based on the Gold Coast, our operations extend from South East Queensland, down the eastern seaboard including Sydney, the New England and Central West regions of New South Wales.

The owner of the property even complained about the builder saying they built the wrong house. The owner complained about the cheap garden they did.

Was unlucky enough to have this builder build beside our house and the site supervisor abused my wife and claimed to be more qualified then a engineer with his builders licence on the issue we had with placement of the dividing fence to be place off the retaining wall which went against developer and engineers recommendations. Then had the the fence built out our cost as we needed it asap as we have 2 autistic kids then when we went to recover the half share they refused to pay and still hasn't

They were building a house next to mine. They damaged the lawn Infront of my house, I spoke to the site manager, he promised to fix it but nothing was done. Contacted the main office via email and again promised to instruct the site manager to fix it but nothing happened.
P.s. I waited for week and months not days.
It is not a big issue but reflects how keen they are on their service quality.
