I was thinking of going down this path for quite some time and when a staff member resigned, I thought why not give it a try. While the first VA didn't start as planned, Outsource workers arranged another VA quickly. The new VA has now been on board for a couple of weeks and I have to say I am super impressed with the attitude and the multitude of tasks she is tackling. Everything from paperwork, database updates, marketing and so much more. Very quick on the learning and what she doesn't know, she works out how to do. I have used the system for three years. I've kept the same VA the whole time. She was trained by local staff and if ever I had any issues these would be addressed immediately.

I started using outsourced workers just 3 weeks ago and it's been fantastic it's received me and my business from all the day to day crap.
