As a tenant, Ivo and Maire have been the best and easiest property managers to deal with by far. Rented a property for 8yrs and we were sad we had to move on after the place was sold. Great communication, never had an issue. Always professional and friendly. Check them out if you are after a rental on the GC.

We have been renting for the past 3 years at burleigh waters from Ivo and Maire.
Nothing but good communication and experience, during covid we were impacted heavily, Ivo and Maire supported us through this, advocated for us and within 1 week we had a heavily reduced rent throughout covid for 3 months, with a new born baby this was a huge help for us.
The owners decided to renovate recently and decided to not go ahead with renewing our lease, ivo and maire advocated for us to give us as much time as possible to find a new place and gave us 1 month ontop of our lease end date to find a place.

We have been renting a two story house in logan central through these guys, they are absolutely disgusting in the way they treat there tenants!
January 2020 we complained (let the realestate know rather) about water running down the driveway and under the wall into downstairs, ofcourse the issue was ignored, even after many emails were sent trying to fix this issue, a year later we complained about mould growing downstairs, nothing was done until we put a remedy breach in, mold inspector come out and advised me he has been persued into what to say and end results, he send me the report on the
