From the first meeting with Tara we felt at home and believed that she had a full understanding of what we were wanting.
She presented all of her documentation in a professional way and always listened to what we were asking of her.
From giving her our keys to allow her to show people through right to finding our buyer and completion of contracts she was excellent.
We could not rate her any higher than the highest!!!
All of her staff were always friendly and knowledgeable.
It was an excellent outcome for both parties with the sale.

Professional, Supportive and Easy
Tara was amazing through the whole process. She was supportive while making sure I was in control of the whole process and made everything easy and calm. I had a couple of external factors that complicated my sale but Tara made these seam minor and came up with solutions to solve my issues quickly. I can't thank her enough for how she made this process a pleasure.

Brad and Tara were so helpful, they truly listened to what we loved about our property and our future goals. I had multiple agents out, one spent about 12 minutes with me before presenting me with his contract. Tara on the other hand, sat and talked with me for nearly 2 hours and so effortlessly.
