We rented our property through these cowboys and not only was our property damaged, they were so unprofessional. They seem to be on the side of the renter which is just ridiculous as we are the ones paying them. No follow up on anything. Cost us thousands in the end as well as so so much stress.
Do yourself a favour and take your properties elsewhere as these guys take no responsibility for anything.

I was a landlord renting my property through Sylvester's. They promise you the world before you sign up with them to rent through them but then don't deliver. They never inspected my property - I got sent a condition report maybe 3 times throughout the 9 years I was with them despite my contract saying they would inspect it twice a year. I sold the property and they did not tell me that the tenants had set fire to the side of the house before the valuation they provided and when I put it up for sale, it was a big surprise to me and the buyer. I asked them why I wasn't informed and they said that

Bought a houses Cessnock , I live 4 hours away sold my house n needed all to run smooth settle on same day
House did not settle same day had to put everything in storage stay in hotel for 2 weeks with kids n animals.
Once the deposit paid , lack of communication , would ring n get no reply’s, text no reply’s then when did contact , sorry had been sick , tho a text takes 2 min
Needed to take plants, items to house as they couldn’t be put in storage , rang agent said she would contact tenants , next day I arrive with truck, tenants had gate locked didn’t know anything about me coming tho
