A very professional and knowledgeable approach
Steve showed himself to be very professional, fair and honest when dealing with our transaction. Their was a fair amount of competition for the property and Steve treated us all the same, showing no partiality. The property is a rural one and Steve seemed to know the country and surrounds like the back of his hand and especially when we asked questions about fire and flood. He was able to point out boundary markers and show us all the good aspects of the property with detailed explanations. Steve showed himself willing to give me a second viewing
