Never again.... Treatment was absolute disgraceful.... Could name quite few things.... Will never step foot Inside this business again... And advise others to think twice. You better off pitching a tent down the road....
When I questioned a window that wouldn't close was told I should leave if I don't like it . Then my autistic brother wasn't treated any better could name other things... Not even worth one star...

This is the worst hotel I ever been no soap no hand-wash dirty room sheets were dirty and I ask for soap and she told me " go to woolworths and get one" obviously I had to... And I pay 70 dollars per night in this " hotel" it should be closured

Don't recommend staying here. Staff are very rude. Booked a room here 3 days prior and turned up got told can't stay because one person didn't have Id.

I didn't stay, I called to enquire about a room so I could sleep in Toowoomba between my two night shifts instead of driving back to Brisbane, to be told just go to booking.com.au??? I found another hotel instead.

I went to this establishment last Friday, and I encountered a really nice young man serving drinks. He was polite and did his job well. If the actions and behaviour of that young man is consistent with the rest of the staff, then I would be a very happy customer.

Stayed recently whilst I was amid some unexpected accommodation crisis. Payed a week in advance, was never informed upon paying that I wouldn't be allowed visitors without signing them through the bar & having their cards photocopied first. 2 nights into my stay I stopped by my room after lunch with a friend to gift them a bag of clothes. Friend was only few minutes quickly in n out, afterwards I was promptly kicked out to my puzzlement. Staff immediately came to my door and came across rude and arogant. Male assistant snickered and kept glaring at me turning his nose up. Female manager kept ordering

Hello I visited the National tonight for the country Karaoke!
This place was just to fun! We had a blast, the staff were so lovely.
Honestly couldn’t recommend them higher ! Great job ! :) loved it all!

My family and I stayed I 3 of the rooms overnight and was the Worst experience ever, dirty rooms, broken windows, staff were rude, permanent residents were druggo's and made you feel very unwelcome, constantly slamming doors and loud as, shared toilets and shower facilities that were not out of order were gross, did not use the facilities at all. Did not sleep all night, glad we made it out alive the next morning, not good at all
