Lovely stay at Burke & Wills Hotel in the heart of Toowoomba! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is close to cafes and shops. Room was small but comfortable and warm. One of the elevators was broken whilst we were staying (only 1 was operation for the whole hotel), but besides that, no complaints here!

4th time staying here in the king spa room absolutely perfect and clean.lynda is the best always looks after us.so kind and caring. Excellent views from the balcony. Close to the shops.....phil from Zac's always looks after us. Great service and food he delivers to us in our room. We love staying here. The room is so clean and fresh. Great place to stay. 🙂

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location.
The main entrance is very unique and the room that we stayed (family room) was very spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable . While playing pokies freshly made toasties were being served and complementary soft drink were offered to us. All staffs were very friendly and helpful and our room service were on time . Highly recommend Burke and Wills and see you around next year's Carnival.

Where do I start.
This Hotel says its 4 Star, but I wonder who gives out these ratings nowadays?
We chose the Indulgence Escape package to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. $299 per night.
Good points.
Good Location in the middle of Toowommba.
Nice clean & Tidy Rooms, reasonably set out.
Bed is a bit hard but a good size.
No noise from the town.
Not so good points.
Phone wouldnt work when we attempted to order dinner, until we worked out the power point had to be switched on for it to work.
(who knows why it was off)
Nespresso Coffee machine needs to be descaled...we have one at home so

We held our wedding reception at Burke & Wills in the Allan Cunningham Room in July 2021. We could not be happier with the service and hospitality provided by Laura and her team. The food was amazing, our guests had a wonderful time, and Burke & Wills were accommodating of our every need. We highly recommend Burke & Wills to anyone looking for a reception venue.

It seems this hotel has spent all its renovation budget on the building housing it’s prized poker machines rather than on quality pillows or servicing the air conditioners or the old curtains.
At $170 for the night the room was tiny and felt like a $100 per night tops room.
It was fairly quiet but the old curtains let light in.
Even upon checkout, the gsa did not ask me how my stay was.
