I ordered a takeaway and said that it be ready in ten minutes. Well I waited outside for another extra 10 mins just to get my food and pay for it. I could’ve just walked in there paid them and be off my marry way. And I ask if they had steak sandwiches and the lady said they don’t but I saw on their website they do so wasn’t happy. And my first time going there and be my last time as well. Pretty disappointed and disrespectful.

Pretty disappointed. This has always been our family go to place. After being away for 8 months our visit last week with our family and it was very disappointing. No more complimentary chicken wings, no more free ice cream with kids meals, menus all changed much less choice and dearer prices. Lost that feel of a good old fashioned pub meal, more like generic bistro you get anywhere... such a shame

Enjoyed the flavours ordered lunch rump cooked as requested with veg and chips a prawn topper was a must.. unfortunately extra cost $10, for two prawns and three triangle cut calamari not the best and wouldn’t recommend not a traditional prawn topper. Overall very flavourful money for value a bit ripe.
Salad served delicious but pitiful … nothing like advertised pictured salad…and not a traditional garden salad with pumpkin however I liked it… hubby didn’t.
Bit pricey quality good room for improvement may try again.

Good meal ruined by poor service and hygiene. Ordered the Rump with vegetables and mushroom sauce with chips. Steak came out cold, chips were under cooked. Still tasted pretty good. Then it finished off with a hair in the gravy.
My partner Ordered rare which came out as medium. Finished up coming out well after everyone else was finished.
When asked how we went, staff said they'd get the manager. He came across for a chat. Pretty much looked and spoke to me like I was a liar and a fool for having hair in my meal. Asked about getting a drink as compensation, was rudely ignored.

Came here today supporting two ladies with special needs. Nathan the staff member was great . Very accommodating to make sure we had a wheelchair accessible seating . Went out of his way to make sure the cup of coffee ordered was the right temperature for my client and made it in her own cup Thank you so much Nathan

My second time here after fond dinner memories with a friend 5 years prior, this time for lunch. The staff I interacted with were all extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant was clean and tidy, as to be expected during a quiet lunch on a Monday.
My friend and I were given a couple of free chicken wings while our lunches were prepared which were absolutely delicious! Will be getting them next time I go.
