The Client was charged with 33 charges over a four month period. The charges related to nine separate incidents including blackmail at gunpoint, aggravated burglary, assault with weapon against a Police Member with a handgun, threats to kill against a Police Member as well as numerous thefts and thefts of motor vehicle and driving offences.

I have been represented by Alex Whitmore Friday the 22/11/2019 5pm at Bethnal Green police station for my second police interview.
It was the worst experience ever I wished she has never turned up.
I never come across a solicitor like that in my life.
She was arguing with me, she had a very bad attitude, I felt like she did not want to be there, did not wanted to listen or taking notice about what I was saying, made me very upset and angry before the police interview failed to give me a proper advice apart from "I advice you not to comment".

Very happy to have used the services of Sonn Macmillan Walkers solicitors. From the beginning we was kept up to date with procedures and with what would happen. SMW were instructed to appeal a very serious matter, they carried out a very thorough investigation and found several major failings with the CPS, police and the law firm that conducted the defence even the trial judge did not escape criticism for his failings at trial, SMW are very transparent in what they do, and they don't suffer fools gladly.
I would highly recommend SMW in an instant for what they did to help my family during very difficult times.
