I recently engaged Think Visa when applying for my Permanent Residency Visa and I have been so impressed throughout the whole process.
I had engaged 2 other similar companies when applying for Sponsorship Visas previously and found the process to be confusing and frustrating, it felt as though there was always something which had been missed! This has not been the case through Think Visa.. the documentation they ask you to supply at the beginning is straight forward and you're given a checklist to prevent anything being missed or back and fourths. Once this was completed, they did the rest! All

Rayner was helpful in the initial engagement of the lodging of the application and did give us a discount even though we thought the fees were quite expensive, but all in all it was worth it as we knew nothing about the process and he was very knowledgeable about how we could approach the lodgement of the 309 visa, given the situation my husband and I were in. I appreciated the initial assessment and possiblities of how they would approach the application. He did give us a heads up on other clients having their applications processed quicker than usual but at the same time managed our expectations

Horrible company. Got my Irish partner deported, through absolute negligence.
Constantly being told that they had not received any information from the department and that she was on a bridging visa, until the department confirmed that they had sent the information to Think Visa months prior and they were sitting on it. And my partner was then told they overstayed their visa and had 30 days to leave the country.
Next Think Visa suddenly changed the agent to protect themselves and went into radio silence, because they were completely at fault.
We were left to leave the country over a 482 visa

The most dishonest and money hungry firm I have ever encountered. I found them online where they offered visa advice for one hundred dollars. After entering their office and sitting for an interview, I was harangued for an hour to get out my mastercard and pay them $6,500, so they could proceed to assist my fiancé into Australia. I explained I was not ready, only to be told that if I did not act on that day there was no chance of my ever being able to bring her here. I was told by a so called lawyer that the laws were changing any moment and it would be all over. At no time would this guy take

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! This company is absolutely horrible without any principles at all.Me and my partner consulted them about the defacto partner visa and We talked to Calvin the first time and he not only gave us incorrect legal advice,but he said we cannot apply for a defacto partner visa unless we are living in Victoria or New South Wales and told us, that our only option was to GET MARRIED!! which is a white lie. Not only that he said to us that the fees was $500 but then he sent through a contract and said it was $5000. Calvin was very rude to us over the phone and treated us like idiots
