I first reached out to the commercial team at HOCW with quite a large scale project involving a purchase of an existing business I was planning to convert into a franchise whilst negotiating favourable leasing terms and fit out cost.

Very unprofessional firm. The worst professional firm I have dealt with. Completely disappointed with the service received. Overcharged, under deliver, poor communication and extremely frustrating experience. Can't even handle a simple property sale transaction. They would not even apologize or give explanation for making "human error" of forgetting to apply for owner corporate certificate that led to delay of house auction. I have never been so let down by a professional firm. I have been waiting for weeks for my refund and still haven't received it. I would give half a star if I could.

I had Brittni do my conveyancing and she was phenomenal.!
As a first home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and she answered all my silly questions that I would have felt otherwise uncomfortable asking and broke everything down so it made 100% sense and I knew exactly what I was getting!
Not only that, she made sure I had all the information and assisted me in asking question I didn’t know to ask of other people when buying a house!
Process was see less and made so much easier than I would had ever expected.
