Just amazing and any day would recommend Gary and his team. First half today we had our split systems removed and 14KW Mitsubishi ducted put in. 6am the materials were delivered and dot 7am the staffs were onsite and started working. Followed by that 3 join the party and completed the job at 12:30pm. The place was left clean as it was before 7am, both inside and outside the premises. The quality of work, communication, competitive pricing and much more definitely puts them really on the top. Thanks again and all the best guys!

You just can't go wrong with Gary and his team. They were absolutely professional and efficient in all ways and manners - from sales to delivery. There is not one thing I can think of which could be improved in my experience. The installers came on time and did the installation without any dramas. They were considerate of my requests and accommodated them accordingly. If you are looking for ducted system to be installed then dnt look beyond them.

I would 100% recommend Gary and his team. They were responsive, professional with every interaction we had with them and very easy to deal with.
Once the quote was approved Dan and his team came to install the air con. We were informed when they were held up in traffic. The job was done to a high standard and I really appreciated that Daniel responded professionally to all our questions. The workmanship was spot on.
The whole process was easy from start to finish. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Quick response to my inquiry by Gary who had checked out our floor plans thanks to the powers of the internet and was able to provide an explanation of the system which would suit our home. Comprehensive quote was provided. On site inspection allowed recommendation of zoning. Installation was very well managed and caused no disruption. Incredibly professional, dedicated team. The good experience started with Gary from the operations desk initial call, Gary was able to access plans of my property and give me the best advice as to what would work for my set up and requirements and where units needed to go. The price quoted was already there best price so I didn't have to negotiate for days and what I was quoted was a big saving to other companies also quoting.
