Bears Refrigeration and Airconditioning supplied and installed an Actron ducted airconditioning system to replace the existing system that had failed. I highly recommend Bears if you need an airconditoning solution. They are very well organised. The team of technicians are exceptionally good. Andrew, Dave and Caine worked tirelessly for a long day to complete the installation. They are professional, respectful and friendly. Customer service is important to them. Bears communicates very well with texts to advise of when the technician is due to arrive which to us, is a big thing these days.

Very pleased with Bears Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services. They were prompt in coming to fix our Actron air conditioning unit, quickly discerned the problem and had it repaired and running again all on the same morning. Thrilled that it's up and going in time for our Christmas visitors. Thanks Bears!

Brad and his crew from Bears recently supplied and installed an Actron ESP Platinum Que system for us, replacing another brand ducted system from another dealer that was installed 2 years ago, which just didn’t perform.
Doing business with Bears has been a pleasure. The install was done over 3 days, which included stripping out the existing system: the crew were always on time, always conducted themselves professionally, cleaned up after each session, and were just easy to deal with.

We have always had positive dealings with Bears Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Services. The tradespeople are always friendly, arriving promptly and attending to our air conditioning servicing needs or special requests in a timely manner. I cannot speak highly enough of their friendly customer service via phone and face to face. I recommend Bears to anyone wishing to use their services and will not stop using them annually.
