This is an amazing caravan park, not overly flash but a superb vibe. Ablutions are really clean and well looked after. Managers are brilliant and all over the every aspect of the park, super professional, it has definitely chanced since previous management. Less than 10km from berry springs swimming hole, territory wildlife park and reserve.Well worth a visit.

When you drive in to see the lovely green sites much excitement but then find your pre-booked self down the back in a dust bowl, with heaps of very poor conditioned dongas, gardens what little there are dry & neglected, sites covered in dry leaves never seen a rake, blower or water, amenities are well cleaned by a park resident, washing machines all working.
Not sure if the owners are paying peanuts in which case they have mo---y's because in the days we stayed the only work we saw executed was by residents in the park trying to make it liveable for themselves.
Could be a real gem,
employ caretakers

As someone who’s stayed all over Australia and in various types of accommodation I’d have to say that although the place does need some work to it the park managers were absolutely amazing, they’ve gone out of their way to ensure that we had everything that we need.. The place does need a few things fixed up but the pool area was clean and inviting.. I would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys staying on the outskirts with access to the parks easily available. We will most definitely be back ☺️

Please don't think for one second this is a RESORT...... it isn't, all this place is to house permanents. We paid for one night and drove around to find a spot for the night and we drove straight out couldn't believe this place. I feel so sorry for the poor managers running this place with no help what so ever from the owners.
No way can anyone give this place a 5 star review! don't believe me ? Go look for your self .

Stayed here for a few nights for work with the crew. It's wet season so the kitchen is closed but as we were working late every night, the owners stayed up to cook us dinner. Even when we didn't arrive until after 9pm. They also got up early to make us a packed lunch. They were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable with tea and coffee and a lovely little pack of cleaning supplies. Really grateful for their hospitality after a 15 hour day. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. Thank you for looking after us so well.
