Booked two nights at the Cullen Bay Resort, Which was far from a resort! Had the worst stay at this place just to start things off the bed was like sleeping on bricks, It was old and very hard. The room was in poor condition, Shower falling off the wall in the bathroom ect. Would never stay here ever again and will not recommend this place to anyone. Ended up staying only one night and checked out. Also to add to this bad review the people in the room next to us had blasting music all night with nothing done by anyone in the building. When I went to reception to check out all I got by the lady

Good value for money. Agree with cockroaches - need a professional spray job. Our bed was comfortable for us. Was a little outdated but convenience of kitchen and beautiful view of the marina were a big pluses. Close enough to town and beautiful beach close by for walks. Signage in lift had spelling mistake which shows attention to detail.

We stayed in Apartment 503. The views over the Marina were breathtaking. But this Apartment could to with a new paint job some pictures on the wall and a new bed. Just needs some TLC. Apart from these comments our time at the Cullen Bay Resort was fantastic. The pool is lovely maybe some more umbrellas for shade would be a good idea. The staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. Short walk to nice restaurants at the Marina. We stayed late August 2021

We stayed in room 511 which was very spacious and had great water and marina views. The apartment could do with a new paint job and some new wall art. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was regularly serviced which was great. The apartments are in a great location. Our only negative was that there were building upgrade works being done next door which was a little noisy and took away the holiday feel a bit, but understand works have to be done at some stage. We will definitely be back again and intend to stay at Cullen Bay Resorts again.

Cleaning and maintenance people were nice and one office lady (the one of Asian descent) pool area was good, liked the opening hours but it could have had better night lights etc. Room was small and outdated and bathroom full of cockroaches even after they sprayed. Walls very thin could hear the guy next door snoring, and talking at 2am (he lives there). Liked the location but wouldn't be back to this particular one.

I’ve stayed here for work purposes a handful of times and (although a little dated) every room I’ve been in has had every facility I’ve needed which is a godsend imo.
Rooms are clean, bed is comfy albeit lacking a blanket.
Staff at reception are the main reason for the full 5 stars, very accommodating and always friendly.
Always happy when work puts me up here! 😊

We stayed in a hotel room at the resort for 5 nights. It was comfortable and clean. Great location, just 5 minutes from the centre of Darwin. The hotel itself has a nice pool, and is a 5 minute walk from a few good cafes and restaurants in one direction and a 10 min walk in the other direction to a small supermarket. The hotel has a small kiosk. It could do with some renovation - which seems to be in the works. Good free parking. 5 minute drive from the casino and Mindle Beach Markets. I would recommend this hotel.
