GSD Performance was established in 2019 to challenge the status quo in the fitness industry. We work on every aspect of "fitness" - mindset, movement and nourishment to enhance your ability to Get Sh#t Done and live your best life. Our aim is to improve the quality of your life, no matter what your start point is with us.

We are here to support you on your journey, make it as easy as we can by educating you, offering a range of support, welcoming you into our community, and most importantly, in terms of our customer service, we do what we say we'll do. Our group classes were founded under the principles of Functional Body Building (FBB).

Our aim is to improve the quality of your life, no matter what your start point is with us.
Tailor packages to suit your goals - up to 3 sessions per week. Customise a package with us today! 2 or more PT sessions per week gives you free access to our weekly boxing class! Trial one of our semi private group classes, includes a free consultation with one of our expert coaches. Dedicated Specialty Classes (capped at 6 participants) focused on the Deadlift, Back Squat & Bench Press run by Strength Coach Luke.
We all want to look good, these functional body building classes combine this outcome with moving well. Functional Body Building (FBB) will slow you down, help you control your movement better, work your body more efficiently, and help you build your engine, rather than just burning you out. Start with the foundations of these movements and build a body that you are not only proud of, but one that serves you well in every day life.

My husband and I were looking for the “right”PT that could do private sessions at our home and found Colin!! It’s over a year that we have been doing morning sessions 3 times a week. The great thing about Colin is that he’s listened to what we need, and designed program accordingly. Exercise is a lifestyle and we are so glad to be guided by Colin.
