Fitness has been my passion for over 30 years! I started Mind Body Motion in 2006 with a goal of helping people improve their quality of life. I'm happy to say I am still achieving that goal today. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels in the Hills District and the North Shore in Sydney.
Kaz has been my personal trainer since 2007. She is very professional but also fun to train with. She makes sure you use the correct techniques to avoid injury and get maximum benefit of the exercise. I love the way she encourages a sense of community with her challenges and special events to bring people together.

I've had a 30 year passion with exercise and it lead me to create Mind Body Motion in 2006. In the beginning I just wanted to get out and share my love of exercise with others. It's become so much more than that since then. Now it's about helping others with their quality of life, keeping them healthy and fit, and ready to tackle any challenges that come their way.
These classes focus on core, hamstring and glute strength, shoulder and upper body stability, improvement of stabilisation muscles, and improvement of flexibility. If you love to walk and want some company and the ability to discover some amazing new locations in Sydney, then join us at Walking Club!
Get your fitness on track with ten weeks of our outdoor classes that combine cardio and strength training in a fun and social group environment. You may start the 10 sessions at any time however you must complete them within 14 weeks of the start date. No refund is provided if you do not utilise all of the sessions.
Personal Training is a great way to get fit in a way that suits you. The difference between personal training and attending a group class is that I focus on you alone, and not a group of people. Exercises are designed around your specific goals, and catered around any injuries or illness that might need consideration.
All of our walks will be scenic with information provided at various spots along the way. Some will be in bushland, some will be on the road. All of them will be informative and interesting! We will have a mix of more rigorous walks, along with those that are more scenic and a less hectic pace. All will be approx.
