International Hotel

Helpful reception. Tidy and clean. Well equipped. Well furnished. Plenty of parking. Close to places to eat. Value for money.

We have stayed in International Hotel Wagga Wega about 4 times now...and we always find the it so very convinient.especially when you are on the road and you could be arriving at wee hours- they have an easy way to get the keys. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay over at Wagga Wagga..very close to Fitzmaurice street...

Would of gave them a 5/5 but I had a shower as soon as I got to the hotel and realised there was no towels! So I had to dry my self with the face wash 😂
Reception staff was very friendly, hotel room was comfortable and reasonably clean.

Staff do not care about you!!!
We had a dirty room given to us at first which was resolved with a new room.
We were left waiting between 10:50pm and 11:30pm on our first night for the security guard to let us into our new room as one of our key cards did not work. Management left us a bottle of $20 wine but nothing further which was disappointing considering we started with a dirty room as well.
We asked for a refund of one night or a complimentary stay on our next visit to Wagga but that was apparently not doable. We would have been happy to stay again if we felt even remotely valued but we

Neat, clean room and friendly service. Confortable bed, great for our overnight stay.
Our fridge didn't work but due to later arrival and just not feeling like it I didn't request it to be fixed, but I'm positive if I'd mentioned it they would have fixed it for us.

Really nice hotel. We arrived late and the staff were very helpful. Upgraded us to a lovely room. We went to the restaurant in the hotel which was great, nice not to have to go far for dinner. Loved the food. Will be happy to stay here again.

Went there for Breakfast to try out the Breakfast tower and was disappointed. Firstly with the customer service, sat outside, no one came to take our orders for coffee or breakfast, I had to go in to order coffee, then back in to order breakfast, and back again for another coffee.
Our Tower wasn't all bad, except that there is no provision made to keep the cooked breakfast warm. The rest being pastry, pancakes and sweets was okay.
The place in itself is amazing, well presented and glamorous, but, to complete the picture customer service is a must. Definitely won't be going back there.

AMAZING! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff was super friendly- a big thanks to Will, Basil, Jeanette and Jessica who made us feel at home right from the minute we entered the hotel. What has been an absolut dream is having their Peacocks restaurant in-house. And wow was the food amazing. Their fish tacos are to die for, their roasted lamb, salmon, dumplings etc. I've almost had everything from the menu during my 5-nights stay and I would order it all again, in a heartbeat. I'd also recommend to get their breakfast tower- all your breakfast dreams will come true at once!

I wish I could write a positive review, but despite giving the hotel several opportunities to impress they did not,on check in staff well female staff member was rushed unattentive and unfriendly...I was expecting perhaps a smile? We had to go back and ask details about our stay that should be provided on check in, like are there facilities???. We went for dinner..mainly for convenience, I'm afraid the meal was stone cold, I mean it was bad. The food presentation was good, but cold ...I couldn't understand because it was not busy, less than 10 ppl in restaurant and aside from the attentive waitress

My wife and I stayed overnight for a romantic weekend away. Super friendly staff upon arrival. Large car park with some undercover spots. Beautiful clean modern superior king suite. Super soft bed and pillows. Massive and delicious tower for 2 breakfast the next day. Was the best breakfast my wife and I have had in a long long time. 3 tray tower had everything from eggs bacon sausages mushrooms to pancakes French toast muesli yoghurt and fruit. Only negative is that we had no milk in your room for tea and coffee but that may have been from being allowed to check in early for free by quickly preparing

Nice Hotel, good rates, clean and modern Don’t use the restaurant... Second time my food has been very late and 20 mins for a beer...I don’t think so.

Booked one night out our way to Melbourne. Glad we did. Nice clean hotel with most things you need. Staff friendly, free parking , big room etc etc. definitely would stay here again.
