I love the fact that my job changes peoples lives and that it challenges me very single day. My favorite patients are honestly the people who have never gotten any relief or help before. I love seeing these people achieve what they previously thought and had been told was impossible. But the downside of seeing these patients is that a realise how much they have been let down by other health professionals not doing their best.
Physiotherapy is a healthcare service that assesses, diagnoses and treats a wide range of injuries and diseases. Physiotherapists have a massive knowledge of joints, muscles, nerves, discs, brain, blood vessels and organs. Due to this extensive training physiotherapists are also the most skilled at understanding the interactions between all the different systems and how they can affect you.

Back pain can make you feel really miserable and afraid (especially if you hear other peoples stories). At Elite Physiotherapy, we take an active approach that has the best research supporting it.
Neck pain settles down nicely with hands on treatment to the joints and muscles but to really get great long term effects we need to make your neck stronger so it can handle anything. How good would it be if your neck was strong enough to handle 8 hours at a computer, or driving a truck for 12 hours, or even just going out and enjoying a coffee with friends.
Headaches are horrible. You can't concentrate, can't work, can't meet up with friends and life in general just seems to stop with a headache. The great news is that physiotherapy is a really great way to treat headaches. We are great at doing this because we are super skilled in testing how well the top 3 joints in your neck move plus how strong their supporting muscles and ligaments are.

My 86 year old mother and I have been visiting Elite Physiotherapy for well over a decade and have always been extremely impressed by Gabby and her professional team. We have seen some physiotherapists come and go over the years but Gabby always seems to replace one brilliant therapist with another and we have not been disappointed yet. Thier care and treatment during Covid was exceptional and it doesn't matter if it has been 3 weeks or 6 months between appointments, they always greet us as long lost family. Their pilates classes were a God send and something fun to do with my mother. Thank you

I was really skeptical about going to physio, but after the first appointment with Gabby from Elite I was sold, she had such a commonsense approach on what was going on. I really understood the benefits of her exercises and instantly realised the benefits after doing them. The entire team is quite unique and I strongly advise a visit.

Wow. Everything about Elite was fantastic. From the phone conversation booking the appointment, to the Physio treatment I received, to the follow up procedure. Very professional! And might I add, I have never seen a physio with so much knowledge and willingness to help me get back to being pain free!

Was sent to Physio by Orthopeadic Surgeon for a unloading knee brace to help relieve pain in my knee instead of a HTO operation. Tiffany was instantly against the HTO and said that strengthening the knee is the best option. She then went on to tell me that I needed to strap the knee to stop gaping in the medial compartment of the knee. The advice of my Surgeon is to gap that side of the knee and load the lateral compartment hence the unloading knee brace or HTO. Tiffany would not listen to what I had to say. I was then charged $110 for a 20 min consultation that was pointless.
