The Practice has been operating from the Griffith Shops since 1983. We try to achieve a balance between high level of professional expertise, and a friendly personal service. We recognise our professional role as both prevention and rehabilitation. We emphasise education both as part of individual treatments and to the wider community through a range of programs.

Physiotherapy is an effective, natural medical treatment option offered to all Australians to improve quality of life. After taking a full history from you, assessing and diagnosing problems, physiotherapists plan and administer treatment programs aimed at restoring function or minimising dysfunction after disease or injury in consultation with yourself.
Services
What we offer
Report
We encourage our patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation, so each patient will have an individually tailored exercise program to follow through at home. One of our goals is to prevent the development of movement problems through exercise programs. We use ultrasound as another tool to give you feedback as part of helping teach you how to more effectively contract the important muscles that stabilise the back, pelvis and hips.
Osteoporosis Exercise & Education Classes
Report
Osteoporosis is a process of compromised bone strength predisposing a person to increased risk of fracture. Statistically 66% of adults over the age of 50 will have osteoporosis, 30% of these are men; one in two women and one in four men. 39% of fractures in older men are due to reduced bone mineral density.
Pilates Instructors
Report
I began my Pilates experience as a Client early in 2001, requiring rehabilitation for a 3 year injury. Through the Pilates Method and with fantastic instruction I overcame my injury and was inspired to change my career. I wanted to spread awareness of the Pilates Method and be actively involved with teaching others to improve physical deficiencies, relieve pain, facilitate and enhance effective movement and strength, and boost self-esteem.
