Feel Better Psychology is now an online service providing telehealth options across Australia. Feel Better Psychology is a private Clinical Psychology practice with 18 years experience working with adults, children and adolescents. While having a diverse and rounded background of skills across the lifespan.

At Feel Better Psychology our aim is just that - to help you feel better. We offer a range of clinical services for emotional, psychological, behavioural, relationship and life issues. We have expertise in treating a range of clinical issues such as depression, anxiety and stress related problems.
Services
Telehealth services have been a convenient and wonderful addition to the standard face to face services we are all used to. It allows you to have quality psychological services in the comfort of your own home. Telehealth services have been shown to be just as effective as face to face services, so it really it comes down to your personal preference.
You do not need a referral to see a Clinical Psychologist, however rebates are available if you are referred by your GP or Psychiatrist with a Mental Health Care Plan. To access Psychological Services under the Medicare Rebated Scheme you will need a referral from your GP or Psychiatrist. If you are deemed eligible for this services (by your GP) you are entitled to up to 10 Psychological Sessions per calendar year.
Feel Better Psychology also specialises in the use of hypnosis or hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is a special state of focused attention and absorption. It is always best to check with your Psychologist whether hypnosis is suitable for your specific query, how many session would likely be needed and what other therapy may be suitable for your issues.
What sort of problems can a Psychologist help with? Psychologists can assist people with a range of issues or concerns, ranging from relationship problems in the family or at work, to providing strategies for child behavior problems, to helping with issues of grief and loss, problems with sleep, and giving up or changing habits or addictions.
