Our pschyologist is amazing but the Reception staff are rude and icy and while I understand the need to adhere to Social Distancing Protocols, this Practice are doing it to the extreme. They don't accept card payments and you have to wait days for invoices then they pressure for payment. Not on!

I had a really positive experience with Stephanie during the sessions we had.
I then personally had a medical emergency and unfortunately had to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment and explained my situation. Less than a week later I received an account payable for cancelling the appointment without 24 hours notice.
From this it… is obvious that Human Psychology is just another business that is more worried about turning a profit than they are about their clients welfare.
Safe to say that they will not be retaining me as a client.

I have been coming here for 4 years now and have seen 2 different psychologists. Both Oscar and Zoey are clever, compassionate and insightful. They have helped me ..(and now my son too) through some very tough times... Thankyou! Extremely grateful. Highly recommend.
ps - and the reception ladies are so lovely 😊
