After experience with a few different real estate agents, I have to say that I have enjoyed our experience as tenants with Swan Real Estate - even with four kids it has been a stress free experience, and I find them willing to go above and beyond. Inspections are always carried out efficiently and maintenance issues resolved quickly without much fuss. Would be happy to rent through them again if we have to move!

I would seriously think twice about dealing with this group. I have never come across such an unprofessional so called professional business in my life. They alledgedly looked after a property of mine but when it came to the crunch correspondence was disgraceful , basically ignoring messages and phone calls, issues did not get resolved in a timely and professional manner. And last but not least they seem to be more interested in the tenants perspective instead of the people that have been paying their wages.
