After having a great opportunity to apply for a house which had a Tennant wanting to break lease, whom she did not want to pay for the extras of having Earnshaws to look for a replacement tennant. She looked for a replacement and had found that my partner and I were looking for a rental. Admitingly we took 2-3 days to submit our application which I was told was being reviewed after waiting for further information from other parties being under the impression that the application would be made available to the owners within the next few days. Wonderful people. I used them to both sell my old house and buy my new home.
Lindsay was very knowledgeable about the housing market and made sure I was looked after even going as far adding extras to my contract so I wasn’t exposed if my old house sold before the new settled. Jacki was always quick with her email replies, once in the early evening I sent an email thinking I would get her response in the morning the next day and she replied in 5 minutes! Shirley was an absolute legend always just a text or phone call away, genuinely
