Tom Cooper has been managing our property for a few years now and has made our life a lot less stressful. We didn't have to worry about anything as Tom and Naomi handled anything and everything with the property very efficiently. When we needed to sell the property Tom had the deal done within a few months. Tom also sold our residence during the pandemic in 4 days. The TC Real Estate team are so very friendly and easy to deal with while also being totally professional. I would highly recommend T C Real Estate with anything to do with real estate.

Fantastic landlord!
I lived in a house for the last five years in North Perth that I rented from Tc Realestate. Tom Cooper is very efficient and friendly. Tom and his assistant Naomi are easy to contact and communicate with.
Most of the time, I like to share with one other person usually family or friends. I work fifo so there have been times when I’ve been at work and my Flatmate has had problems that Tom has sorted out straight away. His assistant Naomi is absolutely lovely. They both do a good job of making sure that all parties are doing the right thing by each other. They explain clearly

We purchased a property via TC Real Estate in Jun 2021. The whole process from offer to settlement took about 1 month. Tom ensured all required paperwork was in order, and building/pest inspectors had easy access to the property, and that any required work was quickly addressed.
