Terrible experience. Didn’t return calls or emails. I was required to follow them up and not the opposite. It was almost as if they didn’t want my business. As a former broker myself, I genuinely question their level of knowledge and expertise. I implore you to take your business elsewhere.

Tassie Home Loans provided misinformation and half truths (I will give them with the benefit of the doubt that I wasn't deliberately lied to). I believe that Tassie Home Loans sold my information to third party insurance providers and financial advisers. My payments were direct debited/managed by them, though they still at times sent me letters advising I was in arrears. However they were at times helpful and quick to provide information/documentation even when it was obvious that I was soon to be no longer using their services, which is why I gave them two stars instead of one.
