FBT were a key component in my wife and I, a disabled couple, getting finance towards owning our own home. After we had no luck with our own attempts at going through the banks, Gary and his team managed to secure us financing, and as a result I'm now typing this from my own home. Amazing service! I contacted Finance Brokers of Tasmania in regards to my existing home loan. Lance and Rebecca looked into a few different options for me, so I could obtain a better rate and save myself some money. I have just signed the papers to move my loan and save myself over $80,000 of interest and take years off my loan.

We found it difficult to obtain a loan because of the type of property we had - it ticked all the "too hard" boxes for the banks and credit unions. Heritage listed, rural town, Community Purpose Zoning, difficult to value, self employed applicants etc etc. You name it - we ticked the unwanted box.
Our dealings with Gary Casboult & Gary Watson of Finance Broker of Tasmania was OUTSTANDING. Very pleasant, efficient and easy to deal with.
They found us a suitable loan and were very helpful and professional. We highly recommend them and will definitely be return to

As my partner and I were first home buyers, the whole process was extremely overwhelming. Justin Midson (based in Hobart) was accessible every step of the way, from dealing with the banks and lawyers to explaining each part of all our documents so WE (based in Launceston) knew exactly what we were signing. Because of his work, with no set backs being in a different cities, we have our first home and we couldn't be more grateful. We both cant recommend Justin high enough and have already sent people his way, thank you so much for everything!!!
