Carnegie Veterinary Clinic (Murrumbeena Animal Hospital) is located in an inner south eastern suburb of Melbourne. The clinic is well established and has been providing service and care to the companions and clients of Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Chadstone, and surrounds since 1989. The clinic originally operated from fairly small premises on the corner of Murrumbeena and Neerim Roads.
The 'Veterinary Surgeon' sign is still present at the old site. In 2000, the clinic re-located to a much larger double storey, purpose-built facility with an old English terrace facade, on Rosstown Road.

Ketan graduated Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Pretoria, Onderstepoort, South Africa. Prior to that, he completed Bachelor of Science with majors in Biochemistry and Microbiology from La Trobe University, Bundoora. Ketan is a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, United Kingdom.

We have 2 cats. This is the only vet we have been to in the past 5 years. We go into the exam room with our pets so we have all questions answered in detail by Dr. Ketan. He's an excellent vet. I just found out they also provide dental surgeries for pets also. I recommend Carnegie Veterinary Clinic to my fellow pet owners. Thanks everyone at the clinic.

The vet is great with my anxious cat Luka, helping him feel as comfortable as possible. He ensures that all aspects of Luka’s health is covered and takes his time. Luka has also stayed in the cat holiday home and although he is by nature, very anxious - he appears well looked after and settles back home immediately.
