David Northeast is straight up the best vet I've ever seen. So caring, empathetic and gentle with our cats. Even showed sympathy by sending us a sympathy card when our cats passed away... how incredibly lovely! If you guys get around to reading this, you probably won't remember me as I was a little kid and it was more so my parents who brought in my cats, but keep up the solid work!

Nicely renovated clinic with enough private parking spaces - very handy being on busy Warrigal Road.
Friendly and helpful doctors and nurses. They were professional and was happy to answer any questions you’ve got.
Upon picking up my pet after the surgery, they also provided everything - results with notes written and photos taken during surgery. A very small but lovely gesture for the owners and provided us with a great peace of mind!

My cat gets very stressed (just over 14 months) when going to vets, becomes a completely different cat and can become vicious, due to stress. The clinic suggested a mild sedative to reduce stress and worked wonders. I went from fearing going to vets to absolute relief. David is amazing and you can tell he understands and connects with cats really well. He was very good explaining things. The admin staff were so caring too and explained the clinics ethos for trying to make the experience as stress free as possible for each animal. Thank you :)

The Nurses here are lovely... And we bought our dog here a few times after relocating.. But we've moved from this vet to another as we were not happy after the treatment we got from Dianne.
We requested for our dogs history details, much to our surprise there were comments from her that were false and untrue. Very poor and unprofessional to say the least!!

Couldn't speak highly enough of this clinic. My dog is extremely anxious when going to the vet and David and Dianne make the experience so much easier on both of us. They are kind, considerate and take the time to explain everything to you in clear detail. I am so glad I moved close to this vet - highly recommend!
