We went in for dinner for my husbands birthday. The service was AMAZING, food and drink also AMAZING. They even bought out the cake I got for my husband. Nothing was to much for them. I even had to adjust my reservation due to people not being able to make it and needing a high chair. Will definitely be back.

Apparently you don't need proof of vaccination for under 16s? So why were my friends who have a teenage son with visible disabilities turned away?
Did the woman who refused entry do it because she didn't want him "disrupting" other customers? He has autism and was excited to go to there as a treat and that happens. People with disabilities are allowed to go out for dinner.
You bet I'll be spreading the word about this place.

I ordered a Fisherman's Basket everything tasted like fish and the calamari was definately NOT Calamari I would not recommend. My husband had a medium eye fillet steak which was raw when we complained, all the waitress could say was okay then. Stay away from this place if you want to eat decent food. Worst place I have ever eaten

Food was great and arrived very quickly considering the place was packed with xmas functions. We will return as the menu choices far outweighed our ability to try it all on one visit.
Highly recommend this place for wonderful food at reasonable prices.

Our recent visit to Char’d was with family and friends to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. I must say the staff looked after us from the moment we placed the booking online to the time we finally left for home! The lovely lady who rang,(sorry I didn’t write her name down!) to talk about the table/seating etc, to all the various staff that attended us during our visit, were all very helpful friendly and nothing was a bother! The food was fantastic too! There was something for everyone and every budget! Well done to you all! We will definitely be back! Thank you all so very much for making our

While the atmosphere of the place is pretty comfortable and the staff friendly, the coffee was very very average. We had a mocha, a soy latte and a cappuccino, and all three were a bit disappointing. The milk was more "bubbled" than "frothed", and it needed lots of sugar to make it drinkable.
