A excellent 4.5 star motel, lovely big room with king size beds very clean well service rooms every day. Has a pool and small gym clean every day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and helpful.
This motel would be a 5star if the restaurant didn't close down because of COVID restrictions.
We will be coming back every time we come to Queensland

Was greeted by a lady who literally said 2 words to us and that was it, handed us menus then walked away which we thought was odd and kinda rude. As a vegan I was very disappointed by the lack of options, I ended up going for a pizza no cheese; which was not nice, no flavour. Would come back if there were more choices for me. One plus was there was live music, and the girl had a beautiful voice.

We decided to check out early as the place was stuffy, and had crawling insects around. Have a video of it.They refused to give us our refund and threatened to call the police if we ever call again. This place does not fit to be called a hotel, there is hardly anyone at the desk. The pool is so dirty.

Rooms and decor beautiful. I can't describe how kind and helpfull all the staff in this establishment are. We have stayed in over 100 hotels in Australia and this is the best of them all including our 5 star stays. I would recommend without any hestitation. Barry and Sue will welcome you and this is our go to accommodation in Brisbane. We will be back next month...Fantastic.

Clean and simple. I was surprised by how large and spacious the executive room is. Friendly staff. There are cafés, restaurants, gym, convenience store, etc. within the vicinity.
Few things that need improvement. They are not using card keys yet. The room where I was had electrical outlets behind the bedside table. So it is somehow hidden and difficult to access when you need to plug in device for charging.
Other than that, it is very nice and comfortable. It is a good place to stay. Highly recommended.
