Highly recommended this hotel, it's in a perfect location, close to shops, lots of restaurant options within walking distance and the city is just a short drive/taxi away.
Me and my partner stayed in the Deluxe room for 2 nights and it was so comfortable, great size, spotlessly clean with lots of lighting options, the decor of the room and especially the bathroom was very stylish, plus the shower was AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

We booked the penthouse and a two bed apartment for a wedding in Indooroopilly. The location was perfect, close to cafes, restaurants and Coles . Reception staff were friendly and helpful with the bookings, cancellations and during our stay. Room service was available everyday and the ladies who did it were so accomodating to anything we needed done. Great beds and pillows to have a good sleep. Lot of undercover and off street free parking too.
We only had issues with the aircon flow in the bedroom of the 2 bed apartment but all in all nothing uncomfortable.
Will definitely stay there again.

Jephson hotel and apartments when I walk in the door they made me feel welcome and the management could not do enough to help me out and the staff was friendly and helpful too and the room was clean and fresh everyday they changed the sheets towels and smell fresh and the restaurant was best I have ever tried no fault of this place excellent service all round I be back

Very disappointing stay internet very slow to non existent, no hot water on one day, room wasn't cleaned properly prior to check-in pillows were hard need replacing . Staff were very rude and unhelpful receptionist was too busy scrolling through Facebook location wasn't the best a far better option would be staying in City or Southbank.
