Staff are committed to complete customer service from initial enquiry and consultation through design and commission stages and also provide ongoing maintenance and repair work for pumps and their associated equipment. Being an independent provider of pumping equipment we are able to select the most appropriate equipment for the application from a large range of manufacturers' products.

Whilst we are a new start up company, we have an extensive history within the industrial pump market. Our executive director Greg Riding is industry trained and has undertaken a diverse range of roles including system design, selection and application, installation, commissioning and maintenance of pumping systems for over 33 years.
Pump Application Engineers' vision is to ensure its clients receive a service second to none. In South East Queensland we will visit your site, where feasible, to ensure we recognise and understand the needs of your business and production methods.
Furthermore, for any proposed changes you may consider in the manufacturing process, we will provide our expertise and advice to maintain the suitability and satisfactory operation of the pumping equipment.Pump Application Engineers will attend site and perform a pump services survey after which you will receive a written report on your selected pump equipment.

Pump Application Engineers provides a complete service to our clients including a support service for ongoing maintenance requirements and/or the necessary spare parts irrespective of brand or type. If you don't have your own onsite maintenance staff we are able to arrange servicing of your pump equipment to be undertaken either onsite or off site if it is more practicable.
