The Family Law Act 1975 as amended established "no fault based divorce" in Australia. Accordingly, the only grounds necessary to enable you to apply for a divorce is the irretrievable breakdown of your marriage, as evidenced by 12 months' separation.

I referred Paula Pfingst and the team at Sayer Jones to my psych for one of her patients as listening to me she knew I had had great support and advice. She said referring her patient to Paula was the greatest intervention she had done for her patient, worth a whole lot more than zoloft as her patient felt heard, got good advice and Paula helped her sort out the issues in her life causing her distress so she could move forward and get her life back.

DO NOT RECCOMEND, LAZY!
He was recommended to us as the “best family lawyer” Couldn’t even call us back or message us after we had our 1 hour with him, sent all the paper work back and everything he asked for. Told us within a week we could sign papers and work on a date for our first court hearing and never heard from him again. It’s now been 4 months with us having multiple attempts in multiple ways to contact him. We understood sometime we had to wait, which we did. It’s been four months. I’m not waiting anymore.
Very sad as now waiting for him we have a situation on our hands
