Sofia first started at Personal Best as a personal training client of Eidolan's after being referred by her physiotherapist some 11 years ago.
Sofia was experiencing knee pain from the demands of being an elite junior soccer player. Eidolan was pivotal in Sofia's learnings of the body and the recovery process as she progressed her. A total body workout focussing on specific muscles using a variety of different apparatus to help you gain benefit from your workout. 15 minutes spin, 15 minutes fitbar (upper body only) and 15 minutes fitball abdominal work. Based on a combination of body weight and animal moves, BAAM is a highly effective form or exercise.

The Strength2Strength program for people over 60's who may have chronic conditions or may not have exercised for a long time is proving to be really successful.
In the five weeks that it has been running all participants are enjoying the discussions on posture, balance, how to prevent falls and how to exercise correctly and meeting attendees who have similar goals and experiences with life.
Lot's of smiles occur. Well done PB Fitness for this opportunity.

Everything time I walk in the door, I am made to feel like I am at the most important person the staff have seen all day. What a great way to start a gym session!
The skill, expertise and experience of the entire team shows in everything they do, from personal training sessions, to classes to facilities.
I never thought I would love going to the gym but, with this team, who wouldn't?!
