Services
There's every chance as you walk through the door you will be greeted by the wagging tail of one of our clients' friendly dogs. As you step into the main training area the people you see are just like you, regular people who want to take what they have and make it work for them a bit better. This is what we do and we have a great time doing it.
At Amplify Fitness we are a small, private and fully equipped gym. We focus on building a community and making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable to train with us, in the way they enjoy training. Our services include Personal Training (one on one, or up to three on one) and small Group Training (10 people max).
Personal Training (with up to two friends) at Amplify is the best way to guarantee you will get the results you signed up for. Individual focus and sessions tailored specifically for your ability (this includes nutrition if you want it to!). Periodised and progressive programming - this is how we make sure you are making progress towards your goals.
Take time out for you - you don't have to think about work or kids or family for a little while, just have fun doing something great for yourself. Structurally balanced, progressive programming based on your groups goals means you're getting a PT in a group environment.
Group Training has been proven to be a super effective motivator for many people as the camaradarie that is built pushing through challenges and barriers together keeps you coming back for more.Exercise is hard and can sometimes be the last thing we want to do but Group Training at Amplify turns it into something to look forward to.

A business bootcamp is a functional exercise and team building session run by an expert trainer either at your workplace or the Amplify gym in Moonah. We focus on functional movements, resistance and high intensity exercise to improve mobility, dexterity, strength and endurance.

Having started with personal training sessions in order to improve my fitness for an extended bushwalk I have now changed to the small group classes with Nick. I can highly recommend both. All the staff and other members are very encouraging and as an older member I feel very comfortable and a part of the family.

I had injuries for various reasons. I had been seeing a physiotherapist for 18 months but wasn't really getting better. With Dan and Nick's help from PT sessions twice a week, they helped me with technique and strengthening exercises. After a few months I was back to regular group sessions with no pain. I feel better than ever. Thank you guys.

I approached Dan for strength training after damaging my C4/C5 and I didn't want any long term lock in membership. Dan put me onto kickass trainers Nick and Sarah for personal training and I haven't looked back. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and keep me motivated and strive to encourage me to train at my best. I now feel stronger and fitter than ever , I now have joined boot camp sessions.

I've been training with Dan for just over 3 months now and thoroughly enjoy each session. The group sessions offer variety, and a great all body workout - Just what I need after a days work. Dan is knowledgeable, encouraging and even humorous at times - Just what's required to help achieve ones best.

Thanks to Dan, I'm feeling much more motivated and and seen some great fitness results. I've tried going to the gym myself and always give up, but Dan's made it easy for me to commit to changing my thoughts on exercise and fitness. I actually enjoy it now!

Only 3 weeks in and I'm already feeling stronger and fitter, still a long way to go but actually feel like my goals are achievable. I'm loving PT, so much can be gained in just 30 mins. I can't believe how much money I have wasted on fad diets and gym memberships that I never had the motivation to use.
