Vets on Call is providing vet care differently. Our goal is to put the power back in the hands of vets to create the lifestyle they want and build genuine wealth for themselves. Vets on Call offer permanent (part-time & full-time) and contract positions, each with the flexibility to choose your own hours.
Routine health care is critical to your pet's well-being, longevity and all-round happiness. All of our consultations include a routine health check where our vet's will do a nose to tail check of your pet. We'll be looking at everything from eye health, joint mobility, abdominal health which includes liver, kidney and bladder function as well as spinal health and heart and lung functionality.
Dental health can have a huge influence on your pet's well-being and health. Discomfort in their mouth can cause significant pain and affect everything from appetite to mood. Our vets will complete a pet dental check during consults and advise whether they need a scale clean or teeth removal which we will perform at one of our Gold Class clinics.
The is an abundance of parasitic creature that can wreak havoc with your pet's health. These tiny creatures can make their homes on your pet's skin, in their hair, their digestive system and even in some of their vital organs such as the heart and lung. Whilst they are microscopic in size, don't let their small stature fool you.

Dr Stephen Bennett arrives on time, prepared and ready to treat. His memory of pets he's treated previously is very good, especially considering how many he treats each day/week. He is prepared with meds to handover and handled my cats firmly and compassionately. He is my preferred vet when I ring VetsOnCall for appointments, partially because he is the only Vet who has attended to my cats but also because he is very good. Thank you Dr Stephen Bennett

Absolutely incredible, second to none service!
Rates are on par or slightly cheaper than normal vets as well.
We have a rescue dog, who is quite reactive, so not having to go through the stress of going to a Vet clinic and having even better service and pet care than you'd get there has been absolutely phenomenal!
We had an issue with our girl as well that they worked so closely with us on to help and our Lexie is now healthy and happy, completely thanks to them!
Might sound like a blathering review, but honestly this team is such an incredible one!

Our first time using Vets On Call was a great experience. The vet was very experienced and our anxious dog did SO much better than going to a clinic. Being seen at home in our front yard, he calmed down quickly. I was super impressed. Less stressful for me, too! We will definitely be using this service in future. The App had some issues (looks like it's still being beta-tested?) but it's a minor thing compared with the VERY successful outcome for our pet. The agents on the phone were super helpful. THANK YOU Dr N and everyone at Vets on Call!

My heartfelt thanks to Dr Julie Pangilinan from Vets on Call for the wonderful care, support and empathy as I made the difficult decision to say goodbye to my feline friend, 20-year-old Gidget.
Julie gave me as much time as I needed to prepare and all the information I needed to guide me through the euthanasia process.
I can’t recommend the Vets on Call service highly enough. At such a difficult time for both me and Gidget, it was a huge relief that I didn’t have to think about taking her in the car to a strange place and not know how events would transpire, given the current lockdown.

Honestly, one of the best services I've used. The customer service crew are super responsive and lovely to deal with. The ease of getting a Vet to come to the comfort to your home is not only convenient for you, but extremely convenient for your pet as it won't stress them out since they're comfortable in their own space where the surroundings and smells are familiar to them. The Vets are nice to deal with and they always discuss any additional payments (i.e medications that might need to be taken) with you upfront before any charges. It's affordable and the app is easy to use. I highly recommend

I used Vets On Call for the first time this week for one on my rescue cats after yet again being unable to access my usual vet. This seems to be a thing lately which isn’t acceptable to concerned pet owners. It was so easy to book an appointment on line for the same day and the vet who attended, Noriel, was awesome.The call out was definitely reasonably priced and it was such a relief. I’ll be using Vets On Call in the future, I’m a convert. Thank you for such a great service, it’s very much appreciated!

Why would you wait at a 24hr clinic when you request a Vet to your home, at a similar price! Stephen was knowledgeable and thorough. He had our old dog feeling comfortable and much better after being ill for a few days. All in the comfort of her our bed. Thanks to Morgan on the phone also, who was great to talk with.
