Customer Logic was formed after an international search to find suitable software to run a large "Small Animal" Hospital failed to find a single software product which was capable of managing the clinic.

Michael Curry, who had been working as a Veterinary Nurse and IT Manager at the Lort Smith Animal Hospital, joined Matthew Dempsey, a retail database expert - and with the input of IT professionals from the Human Health and Pathology industries, they designed the system from perspective of the normal workflow in a Veterinary Clinic.Customer Logic Vet was born.
Our Dashboard allows you to choose Key Performance Indicators for your business and place them on a simple to use dashboard, which can be viewed from within the application, web* or mobile device*. Dials and charts are updated in real time, and you can filter KPIs to focus on specific time periods or measures, set warning limits and control colours, styles and chart types.
Patients move through the clinic in a predictable way, from the Appointment scheduler, to the waiting room, to the consult room and into a hospital cage or back to the care of their owners. Clients move in a similar way. The focus of Customer Logic has been to model these predictable movements in the software, so that the software complements your existing workflow.
Templates with merge fields allow you to write simple and powerful templates that merge in current client and patient information when applied. This means that you can pre-write your medical reports and apply them to a new patient with just a couple of keystrokes. Shorthand dictionaries automatically expand abbreviations and codes to keep your medical records consistent, and to save you having to write extended descriptions.
Create multiple appointment books, share resources with other clinics and integrate your appointment schedule with your client's calendar enabled devices! The Appointment Scheduler is inspired by Microsoft Outlook, so it already feels familiar to users - and it contains loads of great features that just aren't available in other Veterinary Software systems.
