We have a large range of pet food and prescription diets and also pet care products and accessories. If we haven't got a particular item in stock we are happy to order it for you. The intensive care ward allows for continuous monitoring of ill patients and those recovering from anaesthesia. An isolation ward prevents cross infection when animals are hospitalised with infectious diseases.

We have a fully equipped modern operating suite, in our hospital where we carry out major surgical procedures, as well as x-ray and dental facilities.
This site provides strategies for people with a critically ill pet, as well as those dealing with either the expected or sudden death of a pet. It encourages people to post their own stories about their pets and interact with others on the site. There is also resource information as well as links to professional assistance for those who want additional support.

Open on a Sunday!! Wonderful Service. First time using this vet after I was unable to attend my usual vet. The staff were lovely to my cat who was having issues that needed an immediate remedy.
Also happily offered to liaise with my usual vet. Highly recommend and if I lived closer I would use this Vet full time.

Very happy with the level of follow-up care here. Good communication about my pet's health and explanation of options for treatment. My pet's surgery
was handled well, and I appreciate the caring follow-up phone call and checkups. The vets are knowledgeable and have the animal's best interests at heart. Thank you to Dr Julie Paris and team.

I took my Frenchie puppy her from 13 weeks of age. Every time I took him there I had a new vet who had not read his previous notes. I repeatedly reported that I noticed him struggling to breathe and sleep and although it comes with the breed, it seems really bad. The last time I took him I was told he is ‘normal’ and it to consider surgery before 1yo. Last week my dog stopped breathing in his sleep, I took him to another vet and he was operated on within 12 hours. The vet said that the surgery would have been more successful if I got to them earlier in his life and that I was lucky that I acted

Had to drop my fur babies off at the vet as they’re the ‘middle man’ when my fur babies are staying away for a few days. The staff are so friendly and courteous to me and are great with my girls, especially considering they aren’t actually seeing the vet, but either waiting for the pet shuttle service to pick them up or drop them off. And sometimes they have to wait a few hours for me to come and pick them up, and the staff have never had an issue with them being in their care for a while longer than was intended. If I do need a vet for the girls, I’ll definitely be going there. You can

What an amazing clinic! The staff are so friendly and the service is impeccable. We completed the puppy school and meeting with Nurse Kate every week and making friends with the others owners and puppies was such a rewarding experience. I highly recommend this clinic - you won't be disappointed! Will definitely be making this the go-to clinic for our pup Indie!

A few weeks ago my kitty was not well. He was lethargic, not eating, not drinking, not meowing or purring and was tender in his abdomen. I knew something was wrong with him, so we called up Port Melbourne vet and they were so kind as to squeeze him in for an appointment (on such late notice too). We were early for the appointment and they took us… in straight away.
Simba ended up having a blocked bladder and had to stay at the vet for 2 nights. The vet stayed back past closing time to ensure my kitty was okay post general anaesthetic and kept me up to date through it all.
