At Sugar Road Tyre and Mechanical we use state of the art technology and good old fashioned know how when aligning your wheels to get you back on the road safely. As a rule you should have a wheel alignment every 12000 kms. So make an appointment to or visit us at our Maroochydore workshop on the Sunshine Coast.
We are fully qualified, licensed, and Queensland Transport approved and complete inspections on light vehicles up to 4.5 tonnes. All registered vehicles in Queensland must have a current Safety Certificate or Roadworthy Certificate before they can be offered for sale. Significant fines apply for failing to display a current Safety Certificate/Roadworthy Certificate.

Worse service I’ve ever had, left my car there at 9am and the guy told me that I can pick up the car at 1430 or 1500, I rang back at 1530 and he told that I can pick up my car but the noise is still there. When I asked him if he can helped to fix it, he said he will have a look but won’t do any further process that day. The other day morning I went to pick up my car, when I wanted to ask few questions he did not even come out to see me and the reception girl literally had to go back to talk to him and find our what’s the going on and came back explain to me again and again. I mean I understand

I dropped a road worthy vehicle off at this mechanic and picked up it UNROADWORTHY with no brake lights- all I needed was a simple service and this businesses royally took advtnage of me and provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced in the auto industry. I did not receive any money back AND was forced to spend even more money a problem they created. 0/10 recommended

I took my car to get my roadworthy today and they tried to swindle by charging us $850 claiming 1000 non-existent problems. I am a mechanic and I know about the matter. They have also broken my car window and does not rise anymore. I decided to ask for a second opinion from another mechanic and he only assured that I just needed to change light that didn't work. So it meant a difference from $850 bucks to $25...just saying.

Put my car in for a simple front and rear wheel alignment. When I picked up the car the steering was groaning and grinding. took it back to explain the problem (which wasen't there before I dropped it off) and was met with impatient and rude after service. Kept trying to belittle me, by insinuating I didn't know what I was talking about, and that they were not responsible for the problem. Dodgy!!. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there...You have been warned.
