Peter and Cindy Hateley opened Currimundi Auto on the Sunshine Coast in 2000 and since the very beginning, have worked tirelessly to earn the confidence and trust of every one of their valued customers. Peter and Cindy are by FAR the most honest and reliable mechanic's in Australia, I was told by another mechanic that my hemi jeep had a blown head gasket and$5500 to repair HOWEVER I took it to Peter diagnosed a faulty radiator cap, saving me SO MUCH , since then my car's running BEAUTIFUL I've had diff Bushes and wheel speed sensors and brakes done by Peter and his AMAZING team and I won't use anyone else, THEY'RE SIMPLY THE BESSSST

Been taking the car to Pete and Cindy for many years now.
Excellent service which is why i always go back. So do all of the family and the company i work for. I cannot believe that they have never asked me to give them a review in all this time. They still haven't but i wanted to post it anyway. I would not trust anyone much as i do with the cars than Pete.

Would highly recommend these guys! Lovely family owned business. Very accommodating and honest. They don't do work on the car that isn't needed and thoroughly investigate a problem to find the most cost effective solution. Thank you Peter and Cindy! So happy with the fast and accurate service. Came to Peter with a rattling in my engine, already been quoted by a previous mechanic for over $600 to repair the rattle. Peter found the actual issue with my car and had it fixed that day for a quarter of the original mechanic quote. Honestly will not be going anywhere else.

Peter, Cindy and the team at Currimundi Automotive are great and I feel very confident in having my car serviced here without fear of being ripped off. Peter takes that extra time to explain things and makes sure I know how to find and check the basics of my vehicle. I'm not sure how I first started attending Currimundi Automotive, but it's been years now and I have never had a problem with their service, so I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here.
