Total disappointment. When I came out of the salon my partner thought I was half way through and was just going to the bathroom!!! The hair colour is uneven, there were colouring all over my forehead hairline and shoulder. When doing the hair washing, I had a face shower too , thanks to the covering my shoulders would have been wet too!

I had a great experience at Tribe. They were very welcoming and Louise did a fantastic colour and cut on my hair. She always takes the time to discuss what I want and wha is realistic for my hair. I feel very safe in Louise's hands.

I was disappointed because I spent $395 with Mani deep and ended up with a yellow chunky “balayage” and a very uneven cut. The balayage I’ve gotten for the past 8 years I love had been replaced with these chunky fake looking streaks and ends had been fried even after the cut from all the bleach.
I went back several weeks ago and Monika fixed the cut and blended the colour to make it more natural (she is brilliant) however sadly the colour/tint used has faded and I still have a combination of peroxide , yellow and dark brown streaks. Now I’m going to my existing salon to get it fixed for

Louise was my hairdresser and she was lovely. She put my mind at ease guiding me on what was best for my hair. She was professional and very friendly making sure I felt relaxed and at ease, enjoying the entire experience.

Mani Deep provided professional service in a very friendly manner, he listened to my ideas and provided his own thoughts and suggestions and we agreed prior to commencing, he really took his time. After a great cut he showed me how to achieve styling to try and home. Will definitely be back - thank you thank you!

I started going to Tribe Chatswood when Claire Vella moved over. I stumbled upon Claire by chance at Luc Espace several years ago and haven’t let anyone else do my hair since. Claire is incredibly professional and skilled. She has taken the time to consider what colour and cut is best for my hair type specifically (thick, naturally dark Asian hair), also ensuring it holds up as it grows out until my next appointment. Every balayage I’ve gotten from Claire has been impeccable! In my most recent visit, Claire even stayed past closing time to make sure my colour and cut were just right. She is

I write this review in complete and utter disappointment of the colour service I received at this salon a few weeks ago that left my hair over-processed (fried) completely ruining the health and integrity of my hair. Given it was the positive reviews that drew me to try this salon I decided I needed to write the truth and warn others who value the health of their hair to read the bad reviews rather than the good ones to get a more accurate gauge of what you are signing up for. Appears staff are overworked, overbooked and salon is understaffed by assistants who have no clue what they are doing.
