Mr Leo GIAMPIETRO is very unprofessional in terms of providing legal advice. Tried to use his conveyance service and overtime felt like I had made the biggest mistake of my life. He never reaches out and explains where the process is up to. Every time you yourself have to follow with him and even then you would be very lucky to get two words out if his mouth. Speaks to you very rudely, it almost feels like he feels bothered. Any actions requested gets unaddressed and his response is always “ I will see what i can do tomorrow”. Tomorrow becomes weeks but he still doesn’t bother to follow up

As far as conveyancing is concerned, Leo and team gave an excellent service. Leo was attentive and answered his phone almost all the time. Would have hoped for a better communication from his staff members but I am guessing this is not out of ordinary for all law firm. Will highly recommend his team
